Scope of work
I was hired to elevate their visual content, manage their on Social Media channels and help with strategy. Project features new Social Media and newsletter templates, brand book, and also a proper content calendar. I’ve also art directed and managed their new photo campaigns, putting together the teams and sourced relevant locations.
Our team's efforts have been recently awarded a Red Dot Design Award with a Jury statement of "The TV Stand impresses with its clean, minimalist and highly aesthetic look."
While we have spent the past half a year strengthening brand awareness, Social Media presence, and concept store presence across markets & creating content with great results, the next step will be to update the brand's website to align with the new creative vision.

Vision
As I started to think of their product and how to elevate their brand for their customer, I researched what users think of the product and how they would describe it. Many saw it as immensely beautiful, clean, and inspirational. Still, some mentioned it not being as practical as others as it does not include classical shelving and other common elements of TV stands (which was the initial point of product differentiation).
The user's feedback made me think of sculptures - they are too elegant, inspirational and an art piece that brings a breath of fresh air, even if some might say they are incredibly unpractical, no one questions their existence.
So we started playing around with that to envision the JALG stand as a beautiful sculpture that brings modern design thinking into your home.
I have gathered inspiration from architecture, especially mid-century modernism, to guide us in revamping the brand, content and the upcoming website.
